The Distribution Agent has completed the review and allocation process for all received claims. Upon approval by the Court, the Distribution Agent will begin the payment process for all approved eligible claims. It is expected that first payments will begin to be mailed in early June of 2009.

The deadline for filing claims was september 12, 2008
